Optometric Technician

Stephanie –

You will often see her welcoming our patients , assisting with the contact lens orders, doing initial pre-testing and preparing our patient’s exam and charts for Dr. Eland. Stephanie is proficient in all aspects of the office, including managing the office’s communications , scheduling, insurance verification and benefits.

Meagan

Is responsible for all patient pre-testing and assisting the doctors in the exam room. Her smile and gentle personality will make you feel at home  . Meagan works behind the scenes to make sure your visit runs very smoothly.

 

 

Opticians

Sandy-

Has been in our practice since 2003 and has years of experience . Whether your taste is trendy and casual or elegant and sophisticated, she’ll help you choose a pair of designer frames to suit your style. Sandy  will recommend the best eyeglasses to enhance your look and support crystal-clear vision. To help you make an educated decision, she’ll explain the pros and cons of the different types of lenses and optional treatments or coatings. Sandy is always helpful and friendly, quickly making friends with many patients and helping them pick the glasses and lenses that are just right for their face, personality, and lifestyle.

Becky-

Has 10+ years of experience in optical. She is a friendly person and loves maintaining an understanding of the classic styles to suit each patients needs. Becky is educated in edging different types of lenses to maximize patient’s vision while using their glasses. She recognizes it is critical to spend quality time with every patient to provide the best possible care.

 

Front Desk

Brenda

Is responsible for the smooth running of Berthoud Vision , greeting everyone with her great smile and directing the staff so we offer the best patient care. She is passionate, a great multitasker, and is a big help around the office in various capacities – Contact lens training /application, recalls, and helping fill in for Optical when needed . She will answer any questions you may have whether it is about your eye appointment , insurance , and more . Brenda is always willing to go above and beyond to give you exceptional customer service .

Gail

Creates an office culture designed for excellent patient care and personalized service . She has extensive experience in customer service with 18 years of experience in her field. 

April-

Is friendly and has a very caring nature.  With her extensive experience in the eye care field , she knows things change so fast in healthcare, and billing is no exception. April enjoys the attention to detail that insurance requires and we will be glad to help you develop a plan to make your vision care treatment possible . Among her responsibilities, April handles claim submissions, billing inquiries, and social media.
